Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
· Ensure a fun, fair and safe environment for all players
· Kindly and fairly enforce all rules and policies
· Report and attend to any on-field injuries
· Team Check-in
· Handling player/team concerns during the game
· Recording scores
· Referee/Game Officials are independent contractors that should offer their services to call fair games, maintain control of games and establish friendly rapport with teams.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Soccer Officials must have certification through FSR (Florida State Referee), completed annual background check, reliable transportation, and solid knowledge of soccer.

Official Uniform Expectations: It is recommended to have a min of 3 jerseys, suggested colors are; yellow, red, black or green, officials shorts and socks, black sneakers, whistle, watch, set of flags and yellow and red card
