Spirit United strives to develop soccer players capable of competing at the highest levels of competitive youth soccer in Central Florida. This past year has been one of tremendous growth for the ACYS Spirit United Competitive Soccer.
ACYS is a nonprofit organization which is governed and operated exclusively by its Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors serve as Officers pursuant to the governing documents of the organization in the form of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and non-officer Board members. These governing members are appointed by the Board of Directors. ACYS also has participant membership, which is required for individuals to join and ACYS program and have access to its fields and facilities. ACYS participant members have no governing authority, ownership, or voting rights for ACYS business, but their membership does secure their participation in an ACYS program offering. Participant members have to agree to and abide by the ACYS Code of Conduct and have to pay membership fees, which vary according to the particular program. ACYS provides services to its participant members, such as game and practice participation, field access, referees, league registrations, training, etc., depending on the particular program involved. Participant members should consult the individual program documents for details on specific terms and services provided, or should contact ACYS with questions. ACYS reserves the right to bar program participation and/or field access to anyone who is not affiliated with ACYS as a participant member, and further reserves the right to revoke participant membership for any reason.
